Billy's Way Home joined community partners and local leaders in opposition to a proposed Phoenix ordinance affecting outreach services in public parks. Although the ordinance was ultimately approved, we remain committed to advocating for policies that preserve dignity, expand access to services, and support our unhoused neighbors.
