Street Outreach

Our Street Outreach Program is the heart of what we do. Every week, we meet people where they are—on the streets, and in areas where individuals experiencing homelessness gather. We provide hot meals, bottled water, hygiene items, clothing, seasonal supplies, and compassionate support.

More importantly, we build relationships. Trust is often the first step toward change, and many of the individuals we serve have experienced trauma, loss, and barriers that make it difficult to access services. Through consistent outreach, we connect people with shelter, housing resources, healthcare, treatment programs, identification assistance, and other community services that can help them move toward stability.

Newly Housed Support

Securing housing is a major milestone, but it is often only the beginning of the journey. Many individuals move into housing with little or nothing to furnish their new home.

Our Newly Housed Support Program helps bridge that gap by providing welcome baskets filled with new household essentials, cleaning supplies, paper products, kitchen items, and grocery gift cards. We also help furnish homes with donated furniture and household goods whenever possible.

In some situations, we provide limited emergency assistance to help individuals remain housed during unexpected financial hardships. Our goal is to help create a safe, comfortable, and stable living environment while reducing the risk of returning to homelessness.

Pedal Forward

Reliable transportation can be the difference between keeping a job and losing one. Through our Pedal Forward Program, we provide bicycles to individuals who need transportation to work, school, medical appointments, or other essential services. For many recipients, a bicycle offers independence, improved access to opportunities, and a practical solution when public transportation is limited or difficult to reach. This program helps remove transportation barriers and supports individuals as they work toward self-sufficiency.

Heat Relief

Arizona's extreme summer temperatures can be life-threatening for individuals living outdoors. Our Heat Relief Program focuses on helping people survive the dangerous heat season by providing life-saving supplies.

During the hottest months of the year, we distribute bottled water, electrolyte drinks, cooling towels, sunscreen, hats, and other heat-relief items. We also share information about cooling centers, hydration stations, and available community resources.

This program helps protect vulnerable individuals from heat-related illness while ensuring they remain connected to ongoing support services.
