Proposed Village

One in a Million-Be the One

Building a permanent community where individuals experiencing homelessness can find safety, stability, dignity, and a place to call home.

Be the One

One person. One Family. One business. One gift. One dollar. Every contribution brings this vision closer to reality.

Why this Matters

Why This Matters

Every day, individuals in our community face the reality of homelessness. Some sleep outdoors, in vehicles, in shelters, or in other places not meant for human habitation. Behind every statistic is a person with a story, a struggle, and a desire for stability.

Through years of street outreach, Billy's Way Home has witnessed firsthand the challenges people face when trying to move beyond homelessness. While emergency assistance can meet immediate needs, it often does not provide the long-term stability needed to create lasting change.

Many individuals face barriers that make it difficult to secure and maintain housing, including limited income, lack of affordable housing, transportation challenges, health concerns, and the absence of a supportive community.

We believe everyone deserves more than a temporary solution. They deserve the opportunity to live in a safe environment, rebuild their lives, pursue their goals, and become part of a community where they are treated with dignity and respect.

The need is not only for shelter, it is for stability, belonging, opportunity, and a place to call home.

This is why we are working toward the creation of a Tiny Home Village, a community designed to provide a pathway from homelessness to long-term stability and hope.

Vision

Our Vision

We envision a place where no one has to sleep outside, unsure of what tomorrow will bring.

The One in a Million Village is a vision to create a permanent tiny home community where individuals experiencing homelessness can find safety, stability, and a true sense of belonging. A place where a door locks, a light turns on, and someone finally has a space that is theirs.

This future village will be more than housing, it will be a community built on dignity, connection, and hope. Residents will have access to supportive services, opportunities to rebuild stability, and a safe environment where they are seen, valued, and supported as they move forward in their lives.

Our goal is to create a place that replaces survival with stability, isolation with community, and uncertainty with a place to call home.

Be One In A Million

I Am One in a Million is more than a wristband—it’s a message of dignity, value, and belonging. Every band represents a step toward building our Tiny Home Village and bringing someone closer to stability, safety, and home.

With a $10+ contribution, you can receive an “I Am One in a Million” wristband as a thank-you for supporting our mission.

50% of that helps cover materials and mailing while keeping the other 50% focused on moving individuals from the streets into stable housing through our Tiny Home Village.
